HMI Workshops

Experience counts. Sign up for a HMI Workshop and you’ll get real hands-on learning from the most experienced and knowledgeable folks in the field. There are two ways to do it. Cows & Quail Workshops

Following on the success of our 2012 Cows & Quail workshop, we are offering three Cows & Quail Workshops in Texas this summer. Attendees will learn how to create habitat for wildlife and livestock. You can register for a 2 day workshop in North Texas, South Texas or West Texas.

Distance Learning

Can’t get to a class or workshop? No worries.  HMI offers two Distance Learning options where you can learn from your own farm or ranch. All courses are taught by seasoned Holistic Management Certified Educators.  Both programs teach our five learning modules.

Getting Started Program

This distance learning program is designed for both beginning farmers and ranchers, as well as experienced producers interested in reaping the benefits of Holistic Management. You’ll receive 10 hours of instruction and have up to 3 months to complete at your own pace. This program provides a great overview of the basics of Holistic Management.

Advanced Program

Our Advanced Program is designed primarily for land stewards, professional educators, and consultants. It’s also appropriate for producers interested in getting a more in-depth understanding of how to practice Holistic Management. It’s also an ideal foundation for becoming a Holistic Management Certified Educator. Participants receive 16 hours of personalized one-on-one experience. You have up to three months to complete the program and you’ll receive credit towards a Holistic Management Certified Educator credential.

Certified Educator Training Program
