This day will feature both an in-class education portion along with a field visit to a nearby ranch where classroom topics will be addressed through on-the-ground exploration and demonstration. Allen will focus this talk on a deep dive into how regenerative grazing practices can provide economic advantages for livestock producers and how best to implement those practices in your own operation.

As an Audubon Certified ranch, the Ranney Ranch is providing high quality grassland bird habitat while also providing a high quality beef product to market. This field based visit will explore the integration of regenerative grazing practices into a branded beef program and what opportunities that presents for identifying and delivering product to new markets.
