NEW MEXICO – Introduction to Conflict Resolution & Managing Change with HMI Certified Educator Jeff Goebel

Introduction: This three-day workshop will focus on understanding the theory, practice of conflict resolution through consensus building, effective facilitation & recording, relationship building & managing change.

Objectives

Segment One: Introduction to Conflict Resolution (Tuesday – Wednesday morning)

  • Improve facilitation & recording skills
  • Enhanced listening skills
  • Learn the theory and practice of how to successfully resolve conflict

Segment Two: Managing Change (Wednesday afternoon – Thursday)

  • Learn what causes paralysis to change
  • Practice how to help successfully adopt change
  • Bring all people along with the desired change, including resistant people
