El curso de Introducción al Manejo Holística de HMI se desarrolló de enero a febrero de 2017 con 41 participantes de Estados Unidos, México, Colombia y España. Este curso se enfocó en los principales conceptos y principios de planificación de la Gestión Holística para ayudar a los participantes a administrar su finca / finca (sostenibilidad social, ambiental y financiera) y administrar mejor los recursos. Los participantes estaban emocionados de aprender cómo mejorar su capacidad de observar, comprender y tomar decisiones basadas en lo que pueden controlar. A través de estas nuevas habilidades los participantes ahora tienen el conocimiento y las herramientas para mejorar su capacidad de trabajar con la naturaleza y aumentar la productividad. Basado en las respuestas de la encuesta, aquí están los cambios que ocurrieron para el número de participantes que eran competentes o fuertes en sus habilidades antes del curso y los después del curso. HMI’s Online Learning Series Spanish Introduction to Holistic Management course ran from January to February 2017 with 41 participants from the United States, Mexico, Columbia and Spain. This course focused on key Holistic Management planning concepts and principles to help participants manage their farm/ranch for the triple bottom line (social, environmental, and financial sustainability) and more effectively manage resources. Participants were excited to learn how to improve their ability to observe, understand, and make decisions based on what they can control. Through these new skills participants now have the knowledge and tools to improve their ability to work with nature and to increase productivity. Based on the survey responses, here are the changes that occurred for the number of participants who were proficient or strong in their abilities before the course and those after the course.
