Crowd Cow Helps Small Ranchers Sell Their Grass-Fed Beef

As the health benefits

of grass-fed beef, such as higher levels of healthy omega-3 fatty acids become common knowledge, a new start up in Seattle is making it easier for small ranchers to sell their cows, while providing consumers with choices when purchasing grass-fed beef.  Crowd Cow is purchasing cows directly from small producers in order to sell directly to an eager consumer market.  But instead of simply marketing the beef, Crowd Cow allows producers to share stories about their livestock and about their ranches, so consumers can make an informed choice when they purchase grass-fed beef.    Crowd Cow was recently profiled in the New York Times. To learn more about the benefits of regenerative agriculture and grass-fed beef, head on over to our website today.
