Grass Whisperer Gets to Root of Grazing

Here's a great article about Troy Bishopp (aka The Grass Whisperer), long-time Holistic Management practitioner and educator, who has been working with Endless Trails Farm in Hubbardsville, NY teaching them how to incorporate planned grazing. With planned grazing there is better water infiltration which is not only good for growing more grass, but also means less runoff of sediment and nutrients into the Chesapeake Bay. In 2011, the Madison County Soil and Water Conservation District named Endless Trails its Conservation Farm of the Year.
