As part of HMI's Framework Review Committee process, HMI's Board and Staff are requesting feedback and input on potential changes to the Holistic Management® Framework that HMI uses as the basis for our curriculum.
Three years ago we received a number of suggestions on both the framework and the curriculum materials we use in our educational programs. We were able to improve the curriculum because of those suggestions.
You can review the most recent version of the Holistic Management® Framework located on our Why Holistic Management webpage. Feel free to share challenges you face because of certain wording or concepts, alternate wording you use, where you have found success in practicing Holistic Management.
Please send Ann Adams at anna@holisticmanagement.org any thoughts you have about the Framework and needed changes and additions to it by June 30th so all your input can be considered in this discussion with the Board and Staff. Once we have your input, we will collate responses and develop recommendations based on the responses.
The goal of all this work is to continue to keep Holistic Management relevant in a changing world and improve the adoption and practice of Holistic Management in as many different settings and with a diverse audience group as possible. We value your opinion!
