It was a busy April for HMI in the state of New Mexico. In April, Dr. Ann Adams, Director of Community Services, presented on a panel for Innovative Land Management Practices at the 31 National Pesticide Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Also presenting on that panel was long-time Holistic Management practitioner Lani Malmberg.
Ann also facilitated a ½ day Introduction to Holistic Management session for the Carbon Economy Series—Women Farmer, Gardner, and Rancher Workshop in Santa Fe, New Mexico on April 13.
At the end of the month, Ann taught a one-day Whole Farm Financial Planning class for the Farm Services Agency (FSA) Borrowers Training Program in Roswell, New Mexico. HMI is a vendor for this program in New Mexico. Here a the results participants experienced.
