Check out this press release from Texas A&M AgriLife Communication. AgriLife Research scientist, Dr. Richard Teague has done some interesting research on multi-paddock grazing. He found that by allowing only moderate defoliation during the growing season with short grazing periods, allowing recovery before grazing again before the forage gets too mature, animal performance can be high without damaging the grasses. Check out the details here.
