HMI’s Online Learning Series Getting Started Introduction to Holistic Management® course began on September 28, 2020 with participants from the United States, Canada, Australia, Chile, Germany and Italy. This course, taught by long-time Certified Educator, Elizabeth Marks, focused on key Holistic Management planning concepts and principles to help participants manage their farm/ranch for the triple bottom line (social, environmental, and financial sustainability) and more effectively manage resources. Elizabeth loves to teach Holistic Management Decision Testing and the students especially enjoyed participating with their own real-world examples. Participants were excited to learn how to improve their ability to observe, understand, and make decisions based on what they can control. Through these new skills participants now have the knowledge and tools to improve their ability to work with nature and to increase productivity.
Don Campbell, a Certified Educator and Holistic Management legend out of Canada joined the group as a special guest for a Q&A session following one of the live webinars. He left the group feeling motivated and hopeful for the future as they begin to draft their own Holistic Goals.
