Training in farming for women

Here's an article from the Berkshire Eagle paper.  It highlights our upcoming event,  The Beginning Women Farmer Conference: Exploring Whole Farm Planning on March 22-23 in Amherst, MA. The article also talks about Maribeth Ritchie, who operates Sangha Farm in Plainfield with her husband, Derek. Maribeth has been through our Beginning Farmers & Ranchers program and is returning this year to mentor other beginning women farmers in the Northeast.  If you'd like to meet Maribeth and many of the other successful women in our program, be sure to attend the conference.
