HMI is co-hosting this exciting event with the Dixon Water Foundation. While we are expecting a large contingent of land stewards, ranchers and organic farmers from Texas, we’ve already got a number of confirmed producers flying in from around the US and several continents, all ready to share their experiences managing land for a sustainable future. While there will be plenty of time to network with your peers, enjoy fine dining and live entertainment, we’ve also got a number of in-depth learning opportunities for you to expand your skills and knowledge of Holistic Management. It seems like only yesterday that a group of ranchers, environmentalists, academics, and government agency people joined Allan Savory and others to form what is now known as Holistic Management International. Thirty years, later, the practice of Holistic Management has grown to 40 million acres being managed on 6 continents. You’ll hear about how those practices have made a difference around the world. We’ll be celebrating that history, our community, as well as our vision for the next thirty years. This fun evening will allow you to connect with old friends and meet new friends — all of which share your interest in Holistic Management and sustainable agriculture.
