Do you know what the next generation’s aspirations are?
Would you like to learn how to create a strong foundation for communicating around succession and transfer planning?
Develop a step-by-step farm/ranch transition plan by utilizing Holistic Management.
A carefully thought-out succession plan is essential in shaping expectations to enable a smooth and equitable transition. In this course, we will explore how farm and ranch families have used Holistic Management to develop the trust, vision, and authentic communication required to successfully create transfer plans for their farms and ranches. Participants will learn about the Holistic Goal setting process and how it can be used to create a strong foundation for decision-making. Work in small groups with other land managers to practice using the decision-testing matrix. Leave with your own Holistic Goal worksheet to help you create a strong foundation for effective communication and conflict resolution in creating successful transfer plans.
$75 for the entire series. Register soon, as we have limited space available.

Kelly Sidoryk, Rancher and HMI Certified Educator
Kelly ranches with her family near the border city of Lloydminster, Alberta/Saskatchewan. They also have operations near Victoire, Sask. and Maidstone, Sask. Her experiences in the ag community have led to a career running their own livestock operation as well as working with families, organizations and individuals to help enhance their situations. When considering the resources of land, finances and people she places emphasis on the people component. So many in agriculture have strengths in production and finances but the softer human needs are often overlooked but so important as we work on transitioning operations and transforming lives. Kelly specializes in succession planning, and develops the approach and designs the plan to meet the specific and unique needs of each family.
