Do you work for an educational farm as an employee, intern or apprentice? HMI is seeking farmer and rancher mentors and apprentices to join the 2019 New Agrarian Online Training! This program is tailored for first-career professionals with a sincere commitment to life at the intersection of conservation and regenerative agriculture.
Learn with dedicated stewards of the land who practice intentional, regenerative methods of food or fiber production. This course is taught by Holistic Management Certified Educators and includes four modules; Introduction to Holistic Management Whole Farm/Ranch Planning, Holistic Land Planning and Biological Monitoring, Holistic Financial Planning and Holistic Marketing and Business Planning.
This course is taught online; instructors offer personalized feedback on assignments and study groups/virtual chats with apprentices working on similar operations are available. The class will be limited so that participants can also network and learn from each other about how they are applying Holistic Management to different agricultural operations around the world.
The cost for this series is $1,000/participant. Mentors and educational staff can audit this series for free to support participants who have registered.
