Colorado Training Focuses on Improving Land Health and Productivity

HMI is excited to announce that we have received funding from the Thornburg Foundation to offer scholarships for our Whole Farm/Ranch Land Management course in Mancos, Colorado starting on January 28th. This course was designed to help farmers and ranchers learn to regenerate their land for better soil health, bio-diversity, productivity and profitability through the practice of Holistic Management. Whether you are a small-scale or large-scale producer this 6-day certificate course will provide you with valuable planning and management templates and techniques to improve your business and your land. Mancos, ColoradoJan 28 and Feb 4, 2017: Whole Farm/Ranch Planning Basics February 18 and 25, 2017: Holistic Grazing Planning & Management March 4, 2017: Holistic Land Planning Saturday May 20, 2017: Biological Monitoring & Improving Land Management Results This course is ideal for large & small acreages, new & seasoned producers who want to improve land productivity, soil health, quality of life and profitability. This course will be taught by Holistic Management Certified Educator, Cindy Dvergsten. Only $300 for all 6 days of training. FSA Approved in Colorado. Scholarships are available.
