WE Farm: The Wayne-Egenolf Farm
Grass-finished beef,pastured and woodlot raised pork,pastured broiler chickens and laying hens. We purchase animals from a neighborhood network of local farmers,husband them on-farm using a low-input and Holistic Management strategies,have them butchered just 9 miles from our front gate,and offer shares through a Meat Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program,farmer's market sales,and restaurant sales. We have been learning about and practicing Holistic Management for just 3 years.
Willing to answer phone calls and willing to have farm tours once a year.
