If you have been involved in any kind of enterprise – agricultural or not – you know it will either fail,or at best not thrive as it could if the ‘human resource’ (common goals, clear communication, good relationships) is not in good shape. My strength is in helping folks like you get the ‘people part’ right. To me (and maybe you?) the most difficult part of Holistic Management is writing the Holistic Goal. In my workshops I have helped literally hundreds of farm and ranch families learn to “speak so others will listen, and listen so others will speak”. I have then guided them in writing a Holistic Goal (which they need to continually revisit as they go along their life journey). I can help your group as well. I can also help your group get a clear understanding of how to apply the Holistic Management Framework to their businesses. If you are middle aged or older,I can also help you understand the changes you can expect and how to negotiate them in order to make the second half of your life even more enjoyable than the first. I live in Alberta,Canada, but am willing to travel to speak at your conference,or lead your group.
