We are the Maggio family, and we own and established Starry Nights Farm in 2012. We lived in the city of Chicago but moved from the urban to the country. We love food but are also health and environmentally conscious. Farmer Paul gets the dirty work done at the farm, while Marisa works on marketing, and works on other nitty-gritty details of the biz.
Quality is a top priority and by using the best and smartest farming protocols and taking care of our grasses, our soil, and our animals, we ensure a good product for our customers. Our rotational grazing method also ensures good, strong grasses that will therefore translate into healthy and happy animals. We stand by our quality of fresh, healthy, delicious and tender beef, pork and chicken, anything less is unacceptable!
