“The board is excited to have Ann Adams as Executive Director of HMI. Ann has a long association with the organization and is passionate about both teaching and practicing Holistic Management. It’s been a joy to see her leadership skills and respect among our community broaden and deepen over the years. We feel now is the right time to appoint a proven leader with experience in creating and measuring the impact of effective non-profit programs. Ann is that leader.”

To Ann and all of HMI,
My need for reliability, friendliness, authenticity, competence, open listening, creativity, practical applicability, personal practice, organic growth and so many other needs were met whenever I had dealings with Ann, starting from when she was my mentor as a CE-in-training 1999 to 2001. I am happy and grateful Ann that you have accepted this opportunity to now lead in yet another position in the global movement of Holistic Management. Wishing you all the flow and energy you need, also for keeping a balance between your many interests and commitments! Wiebke
Ann Adams says
Thank you all for your kind words of encouragement and support. One of the key reasons I am so excited about taking on this role now is the incredible resource base we have of Holistic Management Certified Educators and practitioners who continue to inspire and motivate me with your practice of Holistic Management and the results you achieve. As Wiebke said, this is a global movement and the time is ripe for more people to learn about and practice Holistic Management. I look forward to working with you all as we help make this world a better place.
